With the birth of my baby boy, i’ve been super exhausted while breastfeeding. These lactation bars have literally saved me during the day while helping me up my supply. This has been a hit with my toddler as well. I’m so happy to pass on my recipe to you and anyone in need.

Recipe:

1 cup of old fashioned oats

1/2 cup of honey

3/4 cup of peanut butter

2 tbsp brewers yeast

2 tbsp Flaxseed

1 cup of chocolate chips

Add all the ingredients together and put in a baking dish

Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes (Should be a bit firm)

Take out the refrigerator and cut into bars

Store in an air tight container
